Electrical Site Supervisor

THE OPPORTUNITY PHE Mining is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to join our Bathurst team on a permanent, full-time basis. We encourage candidates from across Orange, Bathurst, and surrounding areas, as well as those willing to relocate, to apply. This is a local role, primarily Monday-Friday with excellent pay and consistent overtime. In this role you will: Undertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the Superintendent Leading a team of Leading Hands and Electricians Lead by example for all to uphold a high standard of safety on site Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when required Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities Oversee our apprentices, and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work ABOUT YOU: To be successful you will have the following skills and experience: Have a positive attitude and strong commitment to safety Enjoy problem-solving Previous experience in a Supervisory role Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams & Excel Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera) Previous experience in job estimating and quoting Quality Management experience Budget management experience THE successful candidate will have: Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech NSW Electrical Licence High-risk work Licence EWP Working at Heights (Completed in the last 18 months) Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months) Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s Licence White / Blue Construction Card Hazardous Areas preferred but not essential ABOUT PHE GROUP & PHE MINING PHE Group is an electrical and instrumentation contractor with five specialist divisions and more than 50 years’ experience.
