Infinity Supports WA – Rockingham WA Casual Support Workers – Rockingham & Peel Region Infinity Supports WA has been operating since 2021, supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best lives. As a registered NDIS provider, we take a person-centred approach, delivering individualised services both in-home and within the community. We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to join our growing team in Rockingham, Mandurah, and the wider Peel region. About the Role As a Casual Support Worker, you will assist participants to achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plans. Duties may include (but are not limited to): Social and community participation In-home support Assistance with personal care and household tasks Other tasks as directed by the Service Delivery Coordinator(s) You will be expected to follow organisational policies, procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards. What We Offer Regular and flexible casual shifts Award rates (SCHADS Level 2.1) Participant matching based on your skills and interests Ongoing training, mentoring, and support A friendly and supportive team environment Mandatory Requirements Fluency in English Current driver’s licence and fully insured, reliable vehicle Legal right to work in Australia Current First Aid & CPR certification NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) COVID-19 vaccination (minimum of three doses ) 100 Points of Identification Completion of the following NDIS modules: Worker Orientation Module Worker Induction Module Supporting Effective Communication Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Preferred (but not mandatory) Manual Handling training Medication Assistance training Additional requirements Local to Rockingham, Mandurah, or Peel region Minimum of 3 days availability per week, including weekends and after-school hours Remuneration This is a casual role paid at SCHADS Level 2.1 . Hours may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, after-school shifts, and public holidays.
