15th October, 2024RP Infrastructure is a leading management consultancy providing client-side project advisory and delivery services to the property and building, transport, resources, and utilities sectors. Having joined forces with Ranbury Management Group in 2023, we are delighted to report that our integration has been successful.
As a result of this growth, we're on the lookout for a Construction Programmer to support the Property and Building team. Our projects include large capital projects predominantly in the government sector delivering hospitals, schools, aged care, commercial offices, civic buildings and retail.
More about this role:The purpose of the Programmer is to participate in and interpret planning work and to develop and maintain complex schedules. The Programmer is responsible for providing crucial reporting and advising the clients on current outcomes and projections going forward.
Some of the key responsibilities include: Working collaboratively as part of a team which may include PMO, Project Managers, and designers in the creation of the project development strategy.Assist in the integration of individual schedules into a master schedule.Develop Project schedules planning strategies, programmed audits and other outputs from concept to detailed using the above principles.Implementation of monitoring systems on a project to assist the project teams, including generating reports and projects controls.Review, assess and advise the project management team of projects performance, corrective actions to be taken and health of projects.Communicate programme performance to Senior Management.Work with several different Project Leads to develop tender submission programmes on a diverse range of projects for new business.Review Extension of time claims, delay analysis and report writing.More about you…Experience on major construction projects, in a programmer/planner/scheduler capacity.Proficient in P6 scheduling, including MS Projects.Experience or ability to prepare dashboard reporting including Power BI would be strongly desired.Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with busy stakeholders.Track record of preparing detailed reports on construction program analysis.High attention to detail and an outcome focused mindset.Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline is desirable.What's In It for You?As a valued member of the RPI team, you'll also receive:
