Diploma in Work Health & Safety highly regarded.3 years' experience within a HSE type role or be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Risk Management practices and Incident Investigation techniques within a heavy industryKnowledge of behaviour-based programsWhat you'll be doing:Under the direction of the HSE Manager and HSE Leads, you will be working a 14 days on and 14 days off roster, with your back to back and will be the frontline day to day focal point for HSE across drilling, well servicing and transport activitiesConduct, and participate in the Control Effectiveness Audits as per the Audit and Inspection ScheduleProvide coaching and direction on the Savanna Assist and Assure program including facilitating the Assure AuditsProvide investigation facilitation expertise for incidents across the businessProvide risk management coaching to support sound decision making at the shift supervision levels.If you would like to be a part of Savanna's growth at this exciting time apply nowReport this job advert
