Assistant Store Manager page is loaded## Assistant Store Managerlocations: Australia, Forrest Chasetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R- ## **JOB DESCRIPTION**We are seeking to appoint a full-time **Assistant Store Manager** who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference Based at our **Levi's Forrest Chase** store, you will be reporting to the Store Manager.**Our ideal candidate:*** Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy* High School Diploma* Creative individual with a flair for fashion* Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded* Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement* Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing the team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:* Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories* Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily* Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members.* Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management* Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures* Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed* Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind* Partner with Store Manager on elevated consumer issuesIn return for your passion and outstanding performance across all Key Performance Indicators, you will be **rewarded** with:* A competitive salary and attractive bonus program* Clothing allowance and generous employee discounts* Further development of skills across all areas of retail management* 1:1 coachingFor current employees, please ensure you answer the following **questions** in your application:2.
