About the role: Supervise and lead a team of cleaning specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Build effective relationships and conduct regular Client meetings to ensure exceptional service delivery. Complete payroll verification on a regular basis. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with company standards. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools. Respond to general, periodical, preventative and emergency cleaning incidents. Applicants will demonstrate: Previous experience as Manager of a successful team. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Detail driven and focused on maintaining high cleaning standards. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a proactive manner. An ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The successful applicant must obtain a Working with Children Check prior to commencement and will be required to obtain and maintain a National Police Check clearance. A work vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant to ensure that they can complete their duties.
