Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership within the Digital and Systems function, where you will develop and maintain integrated technology strategies, roadmaps and registers. Ensure technology strategy and advisory services align with business objectives to drive efficiency and innovation. Develop, coach and mentor a high performing team and function. Oversee the Change Advisory Process. Ensure governance frameworks remain relevant to organisational priorities. Act as the divisional interface with IT, overseeing technology requests, vendor engagement, contract management and investment planning. Foster strong enterprise relationships as a trusted partner to support the effective delivery of digital and technology initiatives. About You You’re an accomplished leader with significant experience developing, reviewing and maintaining a HR/Payroll technology strategy and roadmap. You can identify and implement service and process improvements as a trusted partner, with the ability to lead and influence. You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong track record in developing individuals and high performing teams.
