We’re on the lookout for an experienced, driven Practice Manager & Marketing/Business Development Manager to lead our operations and community engagement. This dual‑role offers the best of both worlds: flexible remote work and impactful face‑to‑face outreach. Because we are community‑based, you are not required to work from an office or clinic — your time is split between working from home and being out in the community building meaningful connections. About the Role Practice Management Oversee mobile allied health operations and ensure smooth, compliant service delivery. Support and coordinate a remote, multidisciplinary team. Manage schedules, systems, compliance, and team culture from a home office. Liaise with therapists and admin staff to improve workflows and service quality. Grow and manage referral networks with NDIS stakeholders, GPs, schools, and local organisations. Represent Sigma Rehab at community events and expos. Drive growth through digital marketing and outreach initiatives. Lead community engagement efforts to increase visibility and intake. Flexible Work Style 100% work from home for admin, operations, and planning. Travel within the local community for outreach and stakeholder meetings. No mandatory office attendance – the role is designed for mobile, remote leadership. What We're Looking For Experience in allied health or disability services practice management. Minimum 1-2 years of allied health practice management experience. Strong understanding of NDIS service models and community-based care. Confident with stakeholder engagement, marketing strategy, and growth. Skilled communicator, comfortable working independently and flexibly. Driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
