Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one. Be the Go‑To Tech Expert: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions. Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected. Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals. Salary and Benefits Hourly Rate: (Starting at) $30.33 per hour – Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age. Penalty rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday, 150% for public holidays. Variable Remuneration (if eligible): Eligibility, calculation and payment governed by the plan’s rules, which may change over time. First 2 months guaranteed during training.
