About the Employer: Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub‑acute, aged care and community services. Our catchment serves a community of around 100 000 throughout the northeast. Role Overview: Cleaner/ Patient Transport is responsible for maintaining cleaning standards throughout the Hospital. Duties include bed making and cleaning, waste collection, and maintaining relevant stock levels in wards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain high cleaning standards across the hospital. Band up and clean beds. Collect and dispose waste. Track and replenish stock levels in wards. Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure with competing demands. Enjoy working in a busy environment.
