What you’ll be doing Technical oversight of Frontend delivery projects. Being the primary point of contact for your team’s initiatives. Designing and contributing to major features, QA of code, support of UX, design, and test teams. Contributing to technical architecture, coding standards, and other team policies. Managing individual team members at all skill levels, encouraging their professional growth, and levelling up their contributions. Prioritising tasks assigned to your development team. What Skills And Experience We Are Looking For Zeller uses a modern and evolving technical stack, and we don’t expect you to have experience with every tool. That being said, the key elements of our stack today are Typescript, React‑powered SPA, a GraphQL and serverless API backend, and extensive tooling built on AWS and managed with Terraform. To Help Us Level Up, You Will Bring A thorough understanding of core Javascript, React, and Typescript, and experience building complex single‑page applications. Demonstrated leadership in defining and uplifting code standards within a team. Demonstrated ownership and delivery of complex features and products. Demonstrated experience working in a frontend team with strong software development standards. Convert high‑fidelity Figma designs into code. Demonstrated contribution to complex frontend features and products. Experience with testing and code quality tools such as Cypress and SonarCloud. The ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand how your work helps them accomplish their mission. Experience or excitement about the payments industry.
