Morphettville Residential Aged Care | Charles Young | Bolton Clarke About the Opportunity We are currently seeking 2 Care Manager's to join our team at Charles Young on a secondment basis for the following: 1x 6 - 12-month secondment 1x 12-month secondment Reporting to our General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistently a high quality of care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability. As the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures Actively supervising, training and mentoring all RNs and PCWs About You The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Ability to work full time- Monday-Friday Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader in Aged Care Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your site Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid working rights in Australia Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check Benefits A work culture that truly values you and invests in your career Salary packaging & tax benefits up to $15,900 tax free & additional $2,650 entertainment A range of employee discounts and benefits.
