As part of the implementation of our new workers compensation strategy, we are seeking dynamic individuals to manage our Workers Compensation Metropolitan claims portfolio. This key role will provide technical advice and apply best practice interventions to progress recovery and return to work for workers compensation claims to achieve outcomes, whilst also fostering care and compassion for those recovering from injury. You will need to be a team player with the ability to work independently in a high demand role, working with key stakeholders to improve recovery outcomes for our injured workers. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and how it is applied for exempt and non-exempt workers. You need to hold current Return to Work Certification and experience in the same.Specifically:You are able to work within the parameters set and offer a balanced and strategic approach to your work. You are organised, structured in your working style, and strive to provide the highest quality of customer service to our customers.An experienced Recovery at Work Coordinator, passionate about returning people to health and work, you can work within processes and policies in a complex and changing environment.Taking a balanced, strategic, and proactive approach to your work, you are able to deliver positive outcomes for our customers and injured employees.Working collaboratively with the wider Recovery team and key stakeholders you will provide valuable input into current practices and process, with a view to achieving quality business outcomes.How to ApplyPlease respond to the below two capability questions below in ROB (max 4000 characters including spaces) and submit this with your CV and other required information.Question 1:
