Mining Supervisor

Golding is in search of a self‑motivated Mining Supervisor to join our cohesive overburden and coal mining team at South Walker Creek Mine. The primary function is to manage a Production Crew’s mining methods, equipment usage and labour competence to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment is maintained to support the delivery of performance targets. Key aspects of this role include: Conduct shift handovers, prestart, and toolbox meetings with efficiency. Guide your team to execute the production plan safely and effectively. Provide valuable technical guidance to your team members, sharing your expertise and boosting their capabilities. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to implement maintenance plans for the shift. Generate accurate and timely shift reports. Perform inspections and job observations as part of your responsibilities.
