Job Description Hanrahan Health is expanding the range of supports we provide to our clients by adding positive behaviour support. We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level who is driven to provide an exceptional standard of evidence-based, person-centred and outcome-focused positive behaviour support to NDIS participants.
