What we can offer you: Access to our company pension scheme Discounts on groceries and well‑known retailers Resources to support your physical, mental, and financial health 24‑hour access to a virtual GP for you and your household One paid day leave per year to volunteer and support your community Ongoing training and development opportunities What you’ll be doing: Working on energy performance upgrade projects Taking responsibility for the commercial control of contracts, bids, and processes Identifying risks, liabilities, and commitments in contractual agreements and ensuring the business understands potential impacts Protecting the commercial interests of the delivery team at all times Leading, mentoring, and managing staff within the team Estimating and implementing effective cost‑control mechanisms Managing sub‑contract processes: enquiry, draft, measurement, valuation, and payment Leading project procurement Providing timely, high‑quality management reports to the Project Manager and senior leadership Offering commercial support to other business departments Handling day‑to‑day commercial and sub‑contract administration issues What we’re looking for: Proven track record in stakeholder management and problem solving Relevant HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification Thorough knowledge of contract forms, including NEC, JCT, IChemE Experience working for a main contractor within the industrial, water, and/or energy sectors Knowledge and experience of operations and maintenance contracting (beneficial) Multi‑discipline experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (advantageous) Next Steps Apply today so we can make a difference for the future.
