Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is: Experience in hospitality venues or fast‑paced environments is great but not essential. RSA (over 18 yrs) and First Aid preferred. You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort. A ‘can‑do’ attitude and reliability to follow through are essential.
