Senior Integration Consultant

FAIR Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on Senior SAP Integration Consultant to join our Technology team. This role is central to delivering seamless, secure, and scalable integration solutions across SAP S / 4HANA and other enterprise applications. You will design, develop, and lead integration projects that enable our clients to unlock business value through automation, connectivity, and real‑time data exchange. About the role Design and deliver end‑to‑end SAP integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI / PO, and API management tools Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and translate them into technical designs Develop and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, procurement, and supply chain systems, both cloud and on‑premise Lead the realisation, testing, and Go‑Live phases of integration projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery Establish best practices, reusable templates, and integration standards aligned with FAIR’s methodology and customer needs Proactively identify risks, performance issues, or improvement areas in existing interfaces and recommend solutions Support knowledge transfer, mentoring junior consultants, and uplifting the integration capability within the team Partner with FAIR’s solution architects to align integration designs with overall enterprise architecture and roadmaps About you 5+ years of hands‑on integration experience, preferably with SAP CPI and / or SAP PI / PO Strong knowledge of integration protocols and technologies : REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP Experience with API management platforms and API lifecycle (design, security, deployment, monitoring) Exposure to SAP BTP, event‑driven architectures, and CI / CD pipelines desirable Familiarity with additional integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is an advantage Solid understanding of cloud security, SSO, and networking concepts in hybrid landscapes Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to work across business and technical teams Proven track record of delivering high‑quality integration projects under tight timelines Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging SAP and integration technologies What’s Most Important at FAIR?
