First Nations Persons Are Encouraged to Identify Their Mob in Their Resume or Cover Letter About the Position: The Allied Health Administration worker will be involved in a broad range of administration tasks throughout the Corporate and Allied Health service areas. Our core business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional shifts starting earlier or finishing later (between 6:30 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Saturday morning shifts (7:00 am to 10:00 am) may also be rostered from time to time. DUTIES: Answering phone calls Arranging appointments Word processing and filing Processing of incoming and outgoing mail Client referral entering and processing SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Medical administration experience preferred Excellent telephone manner and great communication skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Strong organisation and time management skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst functioning within a team setting High level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly and retain information KEY REQUIREMENTS: A current driver’s licence is essential or ability to obtain A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD) * or ability to obtain A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain * No Card, No Start legislation means that the successful applicant will need to have a valid blue card before they start work. IWC will cover the costs of this application for the successful candidate. SALARY PACKAGE: Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $2,000 to your take home pay (available after completion of probation) Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum (available after completion of probation) Superannuation valued at 12% Annual Leave Loading of 17.5% Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
