Join to apply for the Assistant Manager, IT Security Engineer role at Woori Bank Careers Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining secure systems and networks. Joining in design and implement IT Security solution to secure systems and networks. Support to conduct security reviews and risk assessments for new systems and technologies. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends. Supporting fine-tune, managing and maintaining of security technologies such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Next-Gen SIEM, Web Application Firewall (WAF), IDS / IPS, File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), Network Access Control (NAC) etc. Assist in developing and maintaining security architecture standards and guidelines. Assist to prepare the detail administrator guidelines for each of security technologies. Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of security architecture and engineering processes. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security requirements are met. Works closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor and respond to security incidents. They provide technical expertise and support during incident investigations. Work with IT infrastructure teams to assist in designing and implementing secure network and cloud architectures. Collaborates with the Cyber Risk Manager to support identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk management strategy. Develop the team's expertise and professionalism. Build self-capacity through on-going learning and development. Ensure on-time implementation of PDM performance development, coaching and annual appraisal. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Relevant IT qualification to Computer Science or Information Technology. At least 2 years of information security experience or IT audit. Proven experience of implementing, monitoring and investigating on cybersecurity matters. Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as International Standards Organisation (ISO) Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Proven experience in the implementation and monitoring of service performance KPIs, performance metrics, service standards and agreements. Experience of implementing and managing endpoint security, web application security system, data loss prevention system and Privileged Account Management system.
