We’re currently looking for a Guest Service Agent who’s passionate, energetic, and ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. About the Role: As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel. You’ll greet guests with genuine warmth, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure every moment of their stay feels seamless and personal. From recommending local spots to going the extra mile on guest requests, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create lasting impressions.
