About the Role ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Director to execute our enterprise sales strategy across Australia. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, and client relationship management. You will lead the growth of our service offerings, build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders and drive profitable sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Business Development Lead enterprise business development initiatives and expand ManpowerGroup’s market presence. Cultivate and maintain relationships with Director and Executive-level decision makers. Oversee multiple sales opportunities and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Develop and deliver tailored client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Analyse market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies. Support national and international sales pursuits as needed. Financial Oversight Collaborate with Finance to develop financial models ensuring opportunity profitability. Provide accurate monthly sales reporting and forecasting using Microsoft Dynamics. Monitor and control expenses in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with all approval processes. Process & Compliance Partner with leadership to design and implement systematic sales plans and processes. Maintain high levels of activity throughout the sales cycle. Ensure adherence to sales methodologies, CRM usage and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks in sales plans. Support Brand Directors and Senior Leadership in evaluating new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and ManpowerGroup’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies. Your Background Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, business and lead generation. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and bid solutioning. Consultative sales approach with an enterprise mindset. Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels. Proven ability to influence senior decision makers. Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR technology and workforce solutions advantageous. Candidates with industry specialization in Defence, Industrial, Government, IT, and / or Healthcare are highly desirable.
