About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Baby Main Role Responsibilities Prepare equipment, station & stock for service Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard Provide an exceptional level of service for guests Complete closing duties as assigned Experience, Skills & Attributes At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venue Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi-task Time management skills Attention to detail Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Must obtain valid RSA Certificate Working with LUCAS Restaurants People are at the core of our success and our culture goes beyond our workplace.
