As a Recruitment Consultant for PERSOLKELLY what can we offer you?

What you will be doing:
Primarily a sales and business development role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards. We will help you develop a solid business plan to target new clients and grow your portfolio. You will match candidates with jobs and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
- Running business development campaigns to approach new Clients
- Meeting with new and existing clients to plan recruitment requirements
- Working in professional services space recruiting roles such as HR, Admin, Sales, Marketing etc
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc.
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
About you:
To be successful as a recruitment Consultant you don't need recruitment experience, but you will need to be:
- Sales minded - ideally with experience in B2B sales
- Driven by success - you will enjoy the thrill of a sales win
- A natural networker - you enjoy meeting Clients for coffees and attending networking events
- Super confident and professional - we only want great people to represent our brand
- Determined and resilient - there are always tough days - its how you bounce back that matters
