The Integrated Marketing Project Manager will be the backbone of our project execution, responsible for guiding cross-functional teams from project inception to completion. This role demands a mix of creative thinking, strategic planning, relationship management, and meticulous execution.

Key responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate, bringing teams and stakeholders together to produce brilliant results
Plan and execute diverse integrated marketing projects that include traditional and digital media
Form cross functional teams to deliver at the highest quality
Take responsibility for quality and delivery
Ensure projects run to agreed budgets and timing
Understand and report on campaign activity and results
Be client facing for day-to-day project management

About you

Organised, present and meticulous, you'll work with a positive attitude, displaying empathy and understanding as you guide and manage others, helping everyone to do the best job they can and pull together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within a marketing agency
Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Required skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise key actions
Meticulous planning
Tireless communication and open collaboration
Managing budgets and costs
Understanding of integrated marketing, including digital campaigns
Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with the latest industry trends
Desirable skills
Certifications in digital marketing
Understanding of strategy and marketing planning
Understanding of website development and CMS's
