The Viking Group focuses on renewable energy, security, and electrical systems, and we are seeking a reliable Electrical Trade Assistant to be part of our team. We'll also consider a 3rd‑year or later apprentice with real hands‑on electrical or solar experience. (Not suitable for brand-new apprentices.) About the Role You’ll assist our licensed electricians with: Solar installs (panels, mounting, cabling) Electrical rough‑ins and fit‑offs Running conduit, data, and security cabling Basic testing, tagging, and fault‑finding support General site setup, pack‑down, and tool handling What We're Looking For Experience in electrical or solar work (TA or apprentice) Good tool skills and understanding of safety procedures Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn White Card + driver’s licence (Bonus) Own basic tools or solar experience Certificate III minimum electrical qualification or equivalent required Valid work authorisation in Australia required Why Join Us?
