upgrade to Knox Heart Centre (our non-invasive diagnostic cardiology), both recently commissioned, upgrade and increase in ICU and CCU beds, 16 chair renal dialysis unit and Specialist Consulting SuitesAs an ANUM – your responsibilities will include:·
Facilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement·
Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high quality patient outcomes.·
Provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based.·
Be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources·
Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives·
Undertaking direct patient care, as required·
Mentoring of staffSelection Criteria:·
2-3 years of clinical experience in Coronary Care Unit·
Post graduate qualifications in critical care (Cardiac preferred)·
Current Registration with AHPRA·
Working with Children’s check·
Team leadership experience is required·
Current or previous ANUM experience is desirable·
Sound clinical knowledge·
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards·
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills·
Ability to work across a rotating roster of AM/PM/ND shifts (permanent night duty available)·

you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement 2021-2025" (salaries range between $52.93 and $54.71 per hour).Healthscope staff also have access to a range of benefits including access to counselling, legal support, career planning, nutrition and money management coaching via our Employee Assistance Program.More Information:
