We are partnering with a market-leading engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value urban land development projects across SEQ. In this role, you will collaborate with leading property developers and urban specialists to deliver master-planned precincts and residential developments ranging from 1,000–5,000 m². You will coordinate with regional authorities, planners, and design teams to ensure innovative and cost-effective project delivery. This is a key opportunity to apply your RPEQ and UDIA qualifications in a multidisciplinary environment, driving trunk infrastructure and concept design strategies that shape thriving communities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of urban land development projects Engage with councils, utilities, and development authorities Oversee trunk infrastructure and servicing strategies Lead multi-disciplinary teams through master planning and design Ensure technical, commercial, and sustainability objectives are achieved About you RPEQ & UDIA qualified (or the ability to obtain) with strong land development experience Proven capability in managing urban or precinct-scale projects Skilled in stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors Strong background in infrastructure planning and project leadership Why Join this organisation?
