What You’ll Do As an Educator at Shapes Early Learning, you will: Implement educational programs that foster children’s growth and development. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Guide and mentor educators, promoting high-quality care and a collaborative environment. Ensure the highest standards in safety, hygiene, and learning engagement. Collaborate with our experienced leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all. What We’re Looking For Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). A strong understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF) andNational Quality Standards (NQS) .
