About the Role (What you'll be doing) Serve as a trusted contributor to our frontend and backend multi‑brand platform. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in product, design, analytics, and operations to build robust telehealth infrastructure and experiences. Use an iterative approach to build and scale new features, balancing rapid prototyping with a focus on stability, security, and modularity. Share knowledge, mentor the team, and identify opportunities to improve engineering practices (pair programming, code reviews, design‑pattern feedback). About You (Who you are) 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at a startup or software company. Strong experience building web products with our tech stack. Proven track record of breaking down projects, estimating timelines, and delivering high‑quality work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Curious, self‑directed, and able to solve problems when information is incomplete.
