About You You’re a strategic leader passionate about developing people and driving technical excellence. You bring: Leadership experience managing and coaching high‑performing teams. Ability to design and implement training strategies aligned with business goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement . Knowledge of OEM standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements (preferred). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a national technical training strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee the design and delivery of technical training, compliance programmes, and skills development initiatives. Manage training capacity planning, performance metrics, and reporting. Lead and coach a high‑performing training team. Drive innovation in training delivery, including digital learning solutions and LMS integration. Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of VET systems , training frameworks, and competency‑based training. Proven leadership and strategic planning experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms and e‑learning technologies. Understanding of regulatory compliance , OEM standards, and safety training (preferred). Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
