Job Description We’re looking for a Cyber Business Analyst who will be at the forefront of a large-scale, high-priority cybersecurity program, acting as the crucial bridge between senior business stakeholders and NCS’s technical delivery teams. In this key client-facing role, you will lead workshops to elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for complex cybersecurity initiatives. You will translate complex security concepts, risks, and controls into clear user stories, process maps, and solution design documents. You will manage a wide range of stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical engineers, and support the project delivery team in defining scope, managing backlogs, and setting acceptance criteria within an Agile framework. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally from a technology consultancy or a large, complex enterprise environment. Experience on dedicated cybersecurity projects (e.g., Governance Risk & Compliance, Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Network Security, or Threat Management). Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility and polish to engage senior executives and technical experts. Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum (JIRA, Confluence) and common security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, ASD Essential Eight). Familiarity with Cloud-Native Security principles and platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a significant advantage. Highly Desirable Experience Experience with SIEM, SOAR, UEBA platforms (e.g., Devo, Trustwave) and Advanced Threat / Endpoint tools (e.g., FireEye / Trellix, CrowdStrike). Experience on projects involving Network Security / SASE (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Secure), Application Delivery Controllers (e.g., F5), or DDoS mitigation (e.g., Akamai).
