Real Estate Sales Associate – People Person Wanted Erina NSW | Full-time We’re a young, fast‑paced real estate team in Erina looking for a confident, people‑focused Sales Associate to join us. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating with purpose and working in a dynamic environment, this role will suit you perfectly. This is a true sales role — prospecting, working with buyers, attending appraisals, supporting negotiations and managing clients. You’ll still handle the essential CRM/admin that keeps deals moving, but the core of the job is real conversations, real people and real momentum. What You’ll Be Doing Daily prospecting: calls, follow‑ups and warm lead nurture Working with buyers — qualifying, matching and guiding them through the process Attending appraisals and supporting listing presentations Managing vendor communication throughout each campaign Assisting in negotiations alongside the sales team Keeping the CRM sharp — notes, tasks, pipeline updates and follow‑ups Helping coordinate listing prep (photos, trades, launches) when needed Representing the team confidently at open homes, inspections and appointments Who You Are Outgoing, personable and naturally great with people Strong communicator — on the phone and in person Organised, proactive and ready to juggle multiple tasks Well‑presented, socially aware and emotionally intelligent Comes from a people‑focused background (hospitality, retail, fitness, beauty, events or similar) Ambitious — looking for a long‑term career, not a short‑term role Holds a driver’s licence and has a reliable car Why Join Us Hands‑on sales training from experienced agents Young, supportive and energetic team culture Clear growth pathway as you build your skills Real exposure to the entire sales process — end to end Ongoing mentoring and development A role with pace, variety and real responsibility Career Progression This role is a direct pathway into becoming a sales agent within the team.
