Operations Analyst

About You Are you a tertiary qualified individual with a passion for business, supply chain, or related disciplines? We're seeking someone with 3+ years of experience in similar roles to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate embodies the following qualities: Proven experience in item master data management or projects like PIMS Demonstrated analytical skills in finance or supply chain roles within wholesale, retail, or FMCG industries. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like SAP, SAP B1, or Pronto Strong organisational and planning abilities Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Dynamic critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving requirements. What You'll Be Doing As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for: Item Master Data Management, including: Maintaining and updating the business' item master data records Assigning item codes and barcodes to new products. Coordinating with sourcing, product development, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness of product information. Collaborating with pricing analysts to update prices for products. Enhancing and optimizing the item master data process and records. Business Partner Data Management, including: Managing customer and supplier data records in the ERP system Adding and updating customer/supplier records in collaboration with relevant teams Preparing domestic and international submission forms as required by the sales team.
