HRWLicensed Warehouse Operatives Required: A full time opportunity exists for a Heavy Rigid License Truck Driver / Storeperson who ideally holds a valid HRW Forklift license plus has warehouse experience to join their team (Mon – Fri Day shifts basis) based in Keysborough, Victoria. Role Tasks & Duties Loading & unloading trucks with large oversized railway components in the yard & then driving the truck to fixed customer site locations ensuring that all critical safety documents are always correctly completed & present. Working in a fast-paced environment & undertaking inbound, outbound (small item / scale shuttle – large item scale picking / packing & put away) of orders. Operating LO Auto Pick (if licensed), LF Forklift (of varying in tonne) machinery as & when required in a safe timely manner. Maintain accurate inventory records, participating in stocktakes / rotating stock, stock consolidations & cycle counting. Provide feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor and or Manager regarding issues in the warehouse. Ensure good housekeeping standards are met. Required Skills, Experience and Competencies Hold an active valid Heavy Rigid Truck Driver VIC state license & have proven in field hours of operation. Proven experience of working with products that can require dangerous goods documentation declaration (DGR). Desirably hold an active valid HRW LF Forklift License / VNA License. (1000 hours + of LO / VNA practical experience desirable) Proven minimum of 12 months previous commercial scale fast paced warehouse operative experience essential. Full understanding of a commercial scale warehouse procedures & system (SAP & or MRP system exp preferable). Excellent communication & customer service skills plus possess ability to work both individually & as part of a team. Needs to ensure OH&S safety procedures & process are always maintained to the highest standards. Additional Requirements Passing a pre-employment medical with D&A testing. Proof of fulltime Australian Working Rights. The business is subject to the public health order requirements which are released of changed from time to time. What is on offer? Pay rate range of between $41 - $37 Per Hour on offer, which will be determined by proven skill sets. Immediate Starts, initial 3 – 6 Months, contract, with permanent pathway opportunities thereafter. Mon – Fri Day shifts – 7:00am – 3:00pm, with overtime possibilities.
