We have vacancies across our eight venues in Far North Queensland including: The Edge Hill Tavern, 4870 Balaclava Hotel, 4870 Woree Tavern, 4868 Raintrees Tavern, 4870 Mission Beach Resort, 4852 Smithfield Tavern, 4878 Gateway Hotel Mareeba, 4880 Atherton Hotel, 4883 What You\'ll Need To Succeed Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue\'s menu An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety Strong communication and organisation skills At least 2 years experience required Availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights & weekends Trade cooking qualifications are essential Flexible availability How will you be rewarded?
