Bush to Beach Legal are a young and vibrant firm which is experiencing rapid growth throughout Queensland, and we are currently looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our knowledgeable and friendly team. The role will see you running your own files, and we offer an array of clients giving you exposure to diverse types of settlements to assist you with expanding your knowledge base. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a conveyancer who is also a gifted networker and relationship builder. Someone who is looking to be rewarded for the relationships they have already built with their network of referrers in the form of self-generated leads that they can bring into the business from Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years overseeing full conveyancing matters from start to finish. Experience in Over 50 and other Leasehold Contracts. Conversant in PEXA, Word, and Outlook. Proficient at building great relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Proficient at establishing relationships with potential referral partners, whilst also having a network of agents and referral partners to bring onboard. Professional, confident, and upbeat phone manner. Managing daily tasks with exceptional diary management. Comfortable with working autonomously, but also having support from the principal and team.
