Clinical Project Manager - Timely Emergency Care (TEC) Program Timely Emergency Care (TEC) 2 Clinical Project Manager Full Time - Fixed Term Timely Emergency Care (TEC) is a ground-breaking three-year program designed to strengthen health services and transform hospital-wide patient flow. This initiative will unite services across the hospital to learn, collaborate and innovate together – supported by leading local and international experts in patient flow and improvement science. With dedicated funding to drive real, measurable improvements, the TEC program will operate through a structured leadership oversight team and designated workstreams, ensuring strategy, accountability, and momentum throughout the program. As our MBPH Clinical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving this transformation, collaborating closely with senior leaders, clinical teams and key partners to bring the program’s strategic vision to life. In this role, you will: Coordinate and execute the project plan in partnership with senior leaders Craft agendas, lead meetings, and ensure timelines are realistic, effective, and met Collaborate with onsite data analysts to generate insights that reveal opportunities for system improvement Support clinical redesign, process improvement, and change management across multiple services Oversee reporting, documentation, and risk mitigation to maintain program momentum Drive learning sessions and capability-building activities, ensuring staff feel confident and supported Bring a holistic, patient‑centred perspective that keeps people and outcomes at the core of every decision If you are appointed to this full‑time, fixed‑term role (to June 2027) , you’ll help drive hospital‑wide improvements by strengthening workflows, reducing delays, and enhancing staff and patient experiences. You’ll join a high‑profile, well‑supported initiative, gaining valuable skills in leadership, improvement science, systems thinking, and service redesign.
