Located in Hadfield, Melbourne, Victoria. We are currently looking for a butcher with experience in both wholesale and retail butchering. This is a full-time position in a family business, working Tuesday - Saturday mornings but hours can also be negotiated. The job requires boning out bodies and preparing and slicing the meat. Either wholesale or retail butcher experience will be considered for this position. Responsibilities Bandsaw work Slicing and dicing of product – by hand and machine Boning Making of mince and sausages We expect all our employees to display a high level of cleanliness and presentation. We also expect a high level of professionalism in all aspects of employment.
