You'll be scanning parcels ranging from 1kg to 30kgs, manually loading your truck, hopping in and out of the truck all day, delivering parcels, and handling returns. If you are a truck driver, a courier driver, a delivery driver or you are physically fit and just want to get into the transport industry, this job is for you. You’ll also need to Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Hold a medium rigid vehicle license Be able to drive manual transmission trucks Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility Have a customer‑centric mindset and effective communication skills You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks.
