As a QCE Biology Tutor , you’ll lead engaging small-group classes (8–20 students), helping students master challenging content, build confidence, and reach their full potential, all while sharing your passion for science and education. This is your opportunity to make a real impact, grow as a communicator and leader, and pass on your love for learning to the next generation of high achievers. What You Will Do Teach - You’ll deliver clear, structured QCE Biology 1/2 and 3/4 lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique. Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week. Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence. Connect - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated. What You Will Bring High ATAR (99+) and strong subject-specific academic achievements (90+ results in Biology). First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s). Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts. Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset. A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability. Alignment with Contour’s mission (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required). A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
