We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic wine professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cellar door and ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience. To be Successful, You Will: Bring Passion for Wine With strong industry knowledge, you will confidently guide guests through our portfolio and deliver educational, engaging tastings. Lead with Confidence You’ll mentor and inspire the Tasting Pavilion team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and warm hospitality. Understand Our Guests Managing bookings, private tastings, and events, you’ll use your exceptional customer service skills to tailor experiences that delight and exceed expectations. Represent Our Brands with Pride As a key ambassador for Beresford and the broader Bickford’s portfolio, you will share our story, history, and production philosophies with professionalism and enthusiasm. Think Strategically You’ll develop and implement initiatives to grow cellar door sales, enhance visitor engagement, and maintain our premium reputation. Be Organised Overseeing stock control, inventory management, and wine ordering will be part of your daily responsibilities. Set the Standard for Experiences in the Region You’ll maintain high presentation and service standards to ensure the pavilion remains welcoming, polished, and reflective of our brand.
