Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include: Actively pursuing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long lasting relationships with clients. Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches. Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends. Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies. Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results. The two key areas we are eager to bolster at this time are Procurement & Supply Chain, and Specialist Engineering.
