About You Min 3 years full time conveyancing experience in a legal office Can handle conveyancing transactions associated with Probate including Transfers of Property / Discharges of Mortgages / Caveat Withdrawals /Lost Title Applications and Title Consolidations etc Have either had exposure in assisting with Probate files or would like to learn about Probate Have a strong work ethic Client focused and work well both independently or as part of a team Looking for a long term position in a firm that values you Are a permanent resident of Australia This post will suit candidates who either have experience in both conveyancing and probate or who only have experience in conveyancing but are now wanting to broaden their experience by utilising their conveyancing background in a Probate environment. Position - What you will do Assist our Senior Probate Executive in processing Probate files. This will involve working on Pexa and Duties On Line for property related matters such as transfers, discharges of mortgages, withdrawal of caveats etc. You will also be assisting with the general processing of Probate matters which will include duties such as lodging creditor's notices, completing share forms and other forms for the calling in of assets, lodging SRO Form 18 commencement & completion forms etc. You will need to liaise with clients and other professionals and collaborate with team members so as to provide an exceptional service. As we are all about working together to provide the best client experience, you may on occasions, be required to assist in other areas. Key Qualifications Proven experience in conveyancing Experience with LEAP within the last 2 years Experience using PEXA & DUTIES ON LINE Excellent time management and administrative skills Highly motivated and reliableStrong attention to detail Can quickly establish a good rapport with clients Can work both independently and as part of a team Flexible working hours may be considered for the right candidate eg later start time or earlier finish time working a 4 days week.
