This is your opportunity to step into a Senior Art Director role where your ideas will shape a household brand’s visual identity and inspire audiences across Australia. In this pivotal position, you’ll work alongside a passionate Creative and Brand Director to define and deliver memorable campaigns across digital, film, print, and experiential platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing and content specialists, and bring bold ideas to life truly resonate. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and evolve the brand’s creative vision across all touchpoints, ensuring every piece of work aligns with strategic goals. Conceptualise and execute high-impact campaigns that push creative boundaries. Inspire and mentor a small team of designers – driving innovation, collaboration, and craft excellence. Oversee campaign delivery from concept to execution across print, digital, social, film, sponsorship, and activations. Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, media, and product to ensure creative alignment. Champion brand consistency, maintaining visual systems, guidelines, and creative quality across every channel. Stay ahead of trends, incorporating fresh design approaches, motion, and storytelling techniques to keep the brand relevant. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in creative, visual, or motion design – preferably within a brand or in‑house team. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion or content production workflows. Experience with Figma or similar collaborative tools. Strong conceptual thinking, layout, and typography skills. Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders. A balance of creative vision and strategic insight, connecting design excellence with business goals. Nice to Have Knowledge of UI/UX, HTML/CSS, or basic web design. Exposure to 3D, AR/VR, or experiential design. Experience in sponsorship or live activation environments. Ability to analyse creative performance metrics and optimise outputs.
