Lead from the front and drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team. Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values. What Success Looks Like in This Role Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams. A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA‑magic moments. Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
