Description Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain end‑user devices and peripherals. Manage user accounts and access permissions within the organisation's systems. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth system upgrades and rollouts. Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of user requests and resolutions. Monitor and maintain the performance of end‑user systems to minimise downtime. Provide training and support to staff on the use of technology tools and systems. Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and security standards. Profile A successful End User Technician should have: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Experience with installing and maintaining end‑user devices and peripherals. Familiarity with user account management and system permissions. Strong communication skills for training and supporting staff. Attention to detail and excellent record‑keeping abilities. Knowledge of IT security practices and policies.
