Are you an experienced policy professional with a passion for driving positive change and fostering inclusion? Multicultural Affairs Queensland is seeking a highly motivated Principal Policy Officer to lead the development and implementation of innovative policies and programs that support Queensland’s vibrant multicultural communities. Your Contribution As an AO7 Principal Policy Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering policies and programs that align with the strategic priorities of Multicultural Affairs Queensland. Your contributions will drive evidence-based decision-making, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and ensure the effective implementation of initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and social cohesion. By providing expert advice and leading key projects, you will directly support the organisation's mission to create a more inclusive Queensland and deliver meaningful outcomes for multicultural communities. This role has no financial or HR delegations. This role reports to the Manager, Policy and Intergovernmental Relations, Multicultural Affairs. Why Join Us?
