We especially welcome bilingual candidates to support our diverse client base, though we encourage all to apply About Us Multicultural Care is a not-for-profit organization with 30 years of experience providing in‑home care to frail‑aged individuals, people with disabilities, and their carers from culturally diverse backgrounds. With a commitment to delivering care with respect and dignity, we support individuals across the Inner West, Southeast, Southwest, and North Sydney areas. Recently, we have seen an increase in new clients in Bondi, Sydney CBD, Carlingford, Bankstown and Cronulla and are looking for workers in these regions to help meet the growing demand for our services. We are currently looking for support workers to work throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area and we welcome bilingual applicants who speak any second language. Your responsibilities include: Offering personal care, domestic assistance, and social support Assisting with shopping and transport Managing and supervising medication, following doctor’s advice Monitoring and reporting on changes to a client’s health and well‑being What We’re Looking For Bilingual capability – proficiency in multiple languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Italian or Greek is preferred. Experience as a carer or completion of a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability. National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one). NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply). NSW driver’s license and access to a car with third‑party property insurance. Willingness to work in multiple locations such as Ryde, Ermid, Bondi, Bankstown, Cronulla and many more.
