Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve quality care outcomes. Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Current endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries in patient care within a multi‑disciplinary team. Demonstrated application of evidence‑based practice and critical thinking for individualized person‑centred care. Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations with emotional self‑management. Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, families and employees to enhance health outcomes. Evidence of participation in professional development and willingness to apply and share expertise. Demonstrated understanding of evidence‑based best practice and its contribution to organisational policy change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
